The company insists on customer-centric, everything for customers, and provides customers with complete pre-sales and after-sales services such as installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance.


1. Pre-sales service

Before signing the contract, the company provides customers with various production process plans, and provides services such as laser equipment technical consultation, sample samples, and equipment selection.


2. Product manufacturing

Since the establishment of the company, product quality has been positioned as the company's core competence in market competition. At present, the company has established a strict quality inspection system, and professional testers are responsible for the quality inspection of marking machines and welding machine materials, semi-finished products and finished products. For each product, the company has established standardized written inspection procedures, equipped with advanced and complete inspection equipment and inspection methods. Each finished product undergoes strict overall performance and appearance inspection, and undergoes a full-load aging test for more than 48 hours. When it leaves the factory, a comprehensive shipment inspection will be carried out.

All indicators of the product are qualified. The company's product quality statistics in 2020 show that: the pass rate of products out of the box will reach 100%. We will continue to make unremitting efforts to keep this record forever and provide customers with satisfactory products and services. The manufacturing standards currently implemented for the products are as follows:

The quality standards implemented by the products are: ISO9001: 2000. Establish a quality management system based on the ISO9001 standard model. Strictly control and manage all links related to the company's product quality to ensure that the company continues to produce products that satisfy customers.


3. Installation and commissioning

According to the contract, our company will safely transport the laser cutting machine equipment to the installation location designated by the user within the specified time for free, and send technical service engineers to install it on site. If the user has the spare parts for installation and debugging, the technical service engineer will complete the installation and debugging of the machine for the user within 1-2 days to ensure that the installation and debugging site environment is tidy, clean and orderly.


4. Technical training

The company provides free technical training. After the installation and commissioning are completed, the buyer’s operator will be given no less than 4 days of technical training at the buyer’s site or the seller’s domestic training and maintenance center until the operator reaches the normal use of the equipment.


5. Equipment maintenance

Provide customers with all aspects of after-sales service work, and provide corresponding equipment maintenance programs for each customer's different situations.


6. Equipment warranty period

The warranty period is one year from the date of equipment acceptance. (Warranty is not provided for wearing parts) After the failure of the supplied equipment, within the warranty period, feedback within 30 minutes after receiving your notice, and respond to the service within 24 hours; provide lifetime preferential technical support and spare parts supply. Provide logistical support for the long-term continuous operation of customer equipment. The whole equipment is guaranteed for one year free of charge and lifelong maintenance. After the equipment warranty expires, maintenance services will be provided for life. After the expiration of the warranty period, a wide range of software and hardware support is still provided, and the software enjoys free upgrade services for life. Provide regular telephone return visits once every three months to check the operation of the machine, and return visits to customers on a regular basis.
